We are 3 house mates (All working) looking for a chinese (male/female) to occupy the master bed room.
Master bed room is way too big for each of the three of us and we have decided to let it to anyone interested.
The house is currently empty, as we are going to move in this weekend (27 June-29 June). We will be purchasing Washing Machine, Refridgerator, stove and Gas soon.
All rooms are not air conditioned, but may choose to install if wish to. Master bedroom is priced at RM450
BU12 is located in a strategic area, which is only 2 traffic lights away from Centrepoint and KBU. On the other end, we are also close to Aman Suria and Dataran Prima.
