I got two rooms to let at No 62, SS22/29. The place is nice with friendly neighbour. It is about 5 min walk to Atria or KDU College.

1 Master room (Toilet attached) rm480
1 Small room (Toilet attached) rm360

All rooms are excluded utilities bills. plz CONTACT 016-607 3344 (ASAP) Mr Wong. SMS me if you can't get me. It will be nice if you can come and have a look at the place first. We can neg. on the rent.
