Isn't this Steven Corner or STG MLM investment scheme already proved to be something like a scam in another forum ?

I will advise everyone to be careful.

Suddenly so many cafes using MLM investment scheme. Previously, there is Island Red Cafe. I don't think Times Square, Mid-valley or Genting will lease to MLM business, they are very strict.

Speaking frankly...I never invest in this two cafes...ISLAND RED and STEVEN TEA GARDEN.

But what i think is ....ISLAND RED cafe i can consider it as 'SCAM'(personal view) while STEVEN CORNER i dont think they will risk their 30 yrs reputation with earning those small money!!!

Just my 2 centssss Wink

I think it is lowyat forum under the Business and Investment room. Also someone there put up the same magazine advertisement like yours.

You never know. MLM is not small money. They are collecting RM3,000 per person. Let's say 20,000 people join in. That will be RM60,000,000 collected. Then they may just leave and leave the empty Company for the directors or shareholders to bear.

I will say they will definitely leave just like all other such schemes. When the time comes they have to keep paying out more than they could collect from new members, they will surely leave.

For better understanding of how such scheme works, you may see these 2 forum threads:

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/684458/+280

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/615194

So the early birds will stand smaller risk but you never know when is their final stage. If response is good, they may last longer but still have to close eventually.

I think judging from their current situation, it will not last too long because their performance have been far from expectations.

They announced some months ago their new outlets will open in Sunway Pyramid, Mid-V, Times Square and Genting but so far not even one is ready.
