i have both celcom3G and izzi.. celcom3G used to give me maximum speed to 270kBps.. lately it started to limit usage capacity to 5G per month, once over the limit u'll get extremely low speed..
with izzi the highest speed i got is around 400kbps (50kBps) but eventually going down to below 100kbps at peak hours .. the good thing is izzi doesn limit monthly usage..
