- Chinese and non-smoker preferred.
- Double storey terrace house with nice environment and full furnitured.
- facilities : air-con (each room), washing machine, heater, bed frame, wardrobe, cooking facilities.
- 2 mins walking distance to bus stop; around 15 mins to Kelana Jaya LRT station or Ming tien food court;
- can share up to 2 person in each room
- available @ August

Hi,
Here are some additional details for the rooms offered,
- The house is 1.3Km away from Kelana Lrt station, about 15 to 20 mins walking distance.
- the rental fee is RM400 per month excluding the utilities. The estimated utilities charges is RM40 per month as our room is air con attached.
-There is no covered carpark but you can park your car in front of the house.
- The streamyx will be available on Sept or Oct. But if you need the internet urgently, we can share the Maxis broadband first.
- The room will be available on August.

Hi cyew,
We are planning to have as few ppl as possible in order to maintain the cleanliness in the house. It will be around 4 to 6. There is only 3 rooms in the house.
