Any runners both casual and competitive here?
I run around Taman Lembah Kiara every weekday nearly daily. Not hardcore stuff, just very casual but enough to keep in good spirits and even compete in a race.
If there's anyone here who's into running too? Love to have an occasional running mate.
Drop me a PM here with your phone number or email.
Cheers! |

There's a Fitness First in Crystal Plaza near Asiajaya LRT.
So there's no runners around here in PJ at all? So sad. |

My 'kaki' (literally) isn't doing me too good but I'm still at Taman Lembah Kiara at TTDI every weekday evenings and most weekend mornings from 9am before I hit the fitness centre.
I'm good. Will be at TTDI this Sunday around 9am, anyone coming? Or any other ideas? |

if use hands would sounds more like it with hopping (hopping with hands....sounds correct and smooth)
if use head would sounds more like it with stomping (stomping with head....sounds more macho or hip hop)
so run cannot go with everything one |
