salvia is older and tainia is very new. $600 for sure can get basic unit.
i'm staying at Salvia. $650 with lower kitchen cabinet, old washing machine and that's it.
it has 3 rooms. 800sf. Guarded but basic only, just an entrance guardhouse and a playground.
2 bathroom, 1 in master bedroom. the toilet quite big.
Can go there and copy the rental flyers contact numbers.
Be careful and take note where is the surau, if you are a bit particular
about the sembahyang noise. Especially got baby. It's on the ground floor.
Community ok, quiet and 50% chinese, 50% Malay.
Makan place, just one mamak restaurant and 2 grocery shop (outside guardhouse). - walking distance.
Other than that, has to drive out to Sunway Damansara(expensive) or Tesco/Ikea.
Bus U89 also outside the guardhouse, but frequency ...1 hour.....
I thought I can save money by taking bus to work and end up driving again after 1 week...hahaha...
BTW, if anyone can offer me salvia or tainia with aircon & heater...I'm willing to pay $700.
