(URGENT)-Looking for Room@PJ/DAMANSARA area-RM550

I'm a chinese, female working professional looking for an unfurnished room @ PJ/ Damansara area (S 16, S 17 condos are my No 1 choices but I'm open to other recommendations). My main concerns are security (very very important), cleanliness and also a comfortable place to stay.

I would need (a must!)
- carpark space
- water heater
- air cond
- internet

When: ASAP
Rent: RM 500-550

I'm intending to rent for at the very least 1 year and if possible for a longer term. And I would prefer female housemates (or at least a combination). Prefers condo due to its security but open to other options. Please let me know if you have a room that fits the description.

Move In Date: 2008/10/01 (master bedroom) and 2008/9/01 (double bedroom)

-Fridge, sofa, TV, built in kitchen cabinet (cooking allowed),dining table and streamyx
Smoking :Not Allowed
* this is a penthouse unit, hence the built-up of rooms are bigger than the other standard units.
