wow u can guess my name..ya is winnie ong then CF is my chinese name,i bought this juice online,it is call monavie juice,i THINK it is a direct selling product,not sure also,i bought mine for RM178,very expensive hor...i just become member so i just bought another bottle for my mum which is 50 years old this year,she cant slp every night due to menopause,yesterday 1st day drink,i will see whether it is effective on her..hehe..

you can try taking ponstan 250mg.
take one pill when the pain starts. it'll ease the pain within 20-30 mins and the effect will be there for at least 8 hours.
but make sure u dont take it on an empty stomach or u'll feel worse.
alternatively, u can try the hawaiian healing technique.
