Responsibilities:
* To be responsible for existing or new accounts (distributors, resellers, dealers, hyperstore) development, management and profitability
* Planning competitive strategy for better product positioning for each account
* Analyze account performance & propose effective package, promotion, display and sales tools to expand market size
* Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues & products. Provide feedback, analysis and action plans or solutions on these.
* Provide and conduct product training, presentation and demonstration to business partners
* Track and monitor daily sales performance and reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year sales experience or non experience
* Speak fluent English, Chinese and Bahasa
* Experience in managing distributors/ resellers/channel relationships in sales capacity would be an added advantage
* Self motivated bias for action
* Have strong relationship management skills
