I dunno whether you guys have any bad experiences with SCB Malaysia or not but I really do. My god, the services is so bad that my friends, most of them SCB staff itself also complain on the poor services.
I open an esaver a/c with them and the worst thing is that the ATM is basically useless. Can only withdraw money from OCBC, SCB and UOB ATM.
Imagine in the middle of the night, walk to the branch and card was confiscated for nothing and ATM machine will just restart again.
Call their contact centre and the answer is they are doing batching thingy.
My friend even worse, the Batman card was sent via Poslaju and he received it after 1 week.To make things worse, when he called in the contact centre, the agent shouted at him and there it goes, he requested to speak to the manager. The contact centre actually sent an email to my friend's boss (contact centre in Singapore) and complained on my friend.
Wah, like that who dare to call the contact centre? Email here and there.....ck ck ck
