Room Facilities: Furnished with bed, Wardrobe, Ceiling fan, Shelve

Condo Facilties: Tight security, Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, Tennis court, Squash, Table tennis, Mini mart, Cafeteria

Rental: RM 400 including electric bill, water bill, internet and gas.

*Easily accessible to Giant Hypermarket, Kelana Jaya Medical Centre, Unitar, Kelana Square, Kelana Centrepoint, Glomac, 1Utama Shopping Complex, Kelana Jaya LRT Station, SS24, SS2 Etc.

[EDIT] ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 2008 ONWARDS.

the rental negotiable? how big is the room? 400 a bit costly for a small room...

how about the other housemate?
Malay or Chinese?
and how far is the place to subang airport?

it's a single room. the rest of the housemates are chinese. currently, 3 housemates including myself. if you are driving over there, will probably take about 10 mins, and less than that if there is no traffic jam. It's actually just right behind this condominium.
