[ROOM RENTED OUT]

Room will be available at APRIL 2008.
Rental RM500 per month (2 + 1)
(Electricity and water are not included; so far it’s around RM15 per person)

**Only for Chinese (female/couple)**

Room
(Facing the swimming pool – very windy)
Attached bathroom + water heater
Room with Air-Con + Remote Control Ceiling Fan & Light
Full set of Queen Size Bed with Frame+ Side Table + Wardrobe + Dresser with Mirror

House
Fridge, Washing Machine, Balcony with clothes rack
Sofa, Dining table, TV
Cooking is allowed and stove & gas readily available.

im interested... single working chinese professional... can i get my own streamyx n astro? im a smoker btw, can i smoke in my room only if u dont mind?

Hi!

I am very interested with the room, would appreciated if you could PM me the rental of the master room and your contact number.

We are working chinese couple, non-smoking, and normally only stay from Sunday to Thursday only. Friday will go back hometown most of the time.
