Snr Team Leader/Team Leader - Based in Ipoh/Melaka/Kuantan
The Role:
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the activities of the team, monitoring the workflow and ensuring all service deliveries are met. Also responsible for managing and providing guidance/coaching to the work-groups. Providing efficient and high quality service consistent with the Company’s objectives to be the premier service provider.
Skills and Capabilities Required:
• Strong data/numeric keyboard.
• Strong PC and MS Office skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with keen attention to details.
Personal Attributes Sought:
- Proven track record of leading a team.
- Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail.
-Enthusiastic and positive approach towards working as part of an efficient team.
- Good customer service focus, both internally and externally.
Education and Experience:
-At the least a Diploma with 2 - 3 years similar work experience
