What kind of supplement you guys take daily?

I have a lot:
Multivitamin, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Milk Thistle, Spirulina

Anyway, I didn't take all daily, mostly take 2 different supplement daily.

Vitamin E (Natopherol). 1 capsule daily. Good for skin. Smile

it's good that you guys are aware that taking supplements is very important. you should include vit A, C, E in your daily intake as these are anti oxidants. as to which brand to take, take the expensive ones like blackmores. don't skimp by buying 21st century. from the $ u know what they are made of.

believe me, taking quality supplements make a big difference in your health like what i have experienced.

I'm taking Liqua liquid spirulina everyday.
It's taste is delicious and suitable for young and old.

i have been taking supplements all my life and it took me just this year to realise that all my effort and money have gone the drain. why? because most of the vitamins on the shelves cant be absorbed into our body. the molecular structure is too large to be absorbed intot the body and it takes time for the body to break it down. thus, at most only 25% is absorbed. and of course the pharmacists do not tell us abt this. now i'm taking a supplement from germany where the absorption is guaranteed to be at least 90%. unbelievable? believe it!

People who eat healthy and adopt a resonsible diet have no need for expensive supplements. Usually these supplements are mostly air and sweet talk from the seller.

I beg to differ, supplemets are necessary if you are not having regular meals, a lot of fast/junk food, on a diet to lose weight or having intense physical training.

And multi vit is good health investment. Its inexpensive.

I think that supplements is essential, it's simply too hard for us to get adequate nutrients from our daily meals consumption. Unless you cook all your meals, or you having nutritionist taking care for you.

i agree with hanz, it is more essential these days because most of us eat out and we often skip meals. i think we eat far too much carbo than protein.

what do u guys think?

Supplements alone is not enough. Need to have regular exercise, drink 8 cups of water per day, adequate rest and keep your mind thinking positively all the time. That is the whole formula for complete well being. These formula are always advertised in the TV by Kementerian Kesihatan but many of us ignored these facts.
