Hi,there.I have rented a place in Tmn Mayang Jaya.Am currently looking for housemates for another 2 rooms.Available by 01-Feb-2008.Very nice house so I m furnishing it.Need someone to fill up the empty rooms urgently..Master=RM450(semi-furnished) and Medium=RM350(semi-furnished) with bathroom attached to both.Free for viewing.

2 working cool adults-taken up 2 rooms.
Very clean people.
4 rooms available,3 bathrooms,2 covered car park.
U can do cooking as well...in a built-in kitchen.
U can utilise the big fridge.
I m planning to have TV and ASTRO by March-08.
Streamyx shall be in by Feb-08.
The rooms are spacious cos the house is 24x75.
I have the cushion (new set) and a stylish dining table.
A spacious washing area.
Please come and view,and I would say u'll love it too cos I fell in love almost immediately after "house-hunting" for 7 months in PJ.  |

Aircon,wardrobe-owner gave this, so please take good care and water heater.
RM450 include utilities?Exclude.If you want to use air-con, I need you to top up extra for the bills.Please be considerate as we are sharing the house.
Is indoor covered car park for master room tenant?
This would be first come first serve.Left one.But not to worry much as there plenty of space for you to park outside.
Which road of tmn mayang jaya? When can view? Free for viewing Tomorrow,2pm. Are you ok? |

How about the medium room? Roughly how big is the room? How is it furnished? I'm assuming it's excluding the utilities as well for RM350, correct me if i'm wrong.

Subjective one.Fit for 2 person,spacious for 1 person
How is it furnished?
If you want, I can allocate the wardrobe to you as the owner left it to us.First come first serve lah,ok.Semi-furnish is for the house and I am furnishing it myself also. Its a non-furnish house till I spoke for the owner to leave the fridge, 1 wardrobe,1 cabinet and the TV rack. Room-its your responsibilty,I would say.

Ooops...It's located at Taman Mayang Jaya,houses opposite VIVA life.
Near to LRT-Taman Bahagia and Kelana Jaya stations. |

The medium room is parquet.
Need a female cos 2 medium rooms occupant will be sharing the bathroom.
It comes along with ceiling fan.
The room needs to be furnished on your own. |
