適當運動體力充沛 (Proper Exercise Gives You More Energy)

Workout 30 minutes a day is sufficient to boost your energy a day. You may apply this thru various stages, for example 10 mins cycling, 10 mins jogging, 8 mins staircase run & 2 mins aerobic will do.

The principle is to burn 50 calories a day. Nevertheless, the more you burn the better. The other 150 calories easily burn through an hour housekeeping, walking to the office, field exercises, etc.

Our bodies are affronted daily by excessive production of free radicals caused by our polluted environment, stressful lifestyles, and over-medicated society. Though we can dramatically reduce the amount of free radicals our bodies produce by not smoking, decreasing stress levels, and avoiding toxic chemicals, most of our bodies are still unable to fight the overwhelming daily attack on the natural defense system. Therefore, our bodies are under attack more heavily than in any previous generation.

Over the past 50 years, nutritional medicine and supplementation has primarily focused on replenishing nutritional deficiency. Countless hours and dollars have been spent trying to determine exactly which nutrients have become depleted. Blood tests, urine tests, hair samples, muscle testing, and more have been conducted in an attempt to determine which nutrients each individual needs to supplement. However, the aim has been put at the wrong target. The presenting problem is not one of nutritional deficiency, but rather, the presence of underlying oxidative stress - "the dark side of oxygen", which excessively produce free radicals that cause damage to the cell wall, vessel wall, proteins, fats, and even the DNA nucleus of the cell. Just like the effects of oxygen on a sliced apple wherein it wrinkles and turns brown, medical research has proven oxidative stress to be the root cause of over 70 chronic degenerative diseases such as: heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's dementia; the list goes on. The area of the body most affected by oxidative stress will determine which chronic degenerative disease is most likely to develop.

Nothing is more valuable than our health, not your boss, not your friends, not even your family - because when you lose your health, everyone you respect and love suffers with you. So are we maintaining our health by chance, or by choice?

We had to learn a lot about health, primarily that our best answers for a long and active life are not found in the drugs we can prescribe; but by providing the body's natural defense systems all that it needs. Along with a healthy diet and a modest exercise program, cellular nutrition offers the best hope of protecting our health or even regaining it once it has been lost. Our supplement choice is our investment towards our future health, so make it wisely!
