| Yeah, both are affordably priced. Just go for what you like best. |

Firstly. are you looking for a whole apt or just a room. If a room, find one near LRT (eg. Bahagia (SS2), Kelana (SS4, SS25, SS26) etc. Safe u trouble of using feeder bus.
Very few apts are walking distance to LRT stations. Istara is near Asiajaya (opp Armada Hotel) but its a mid-hi end condo, RM2k+. Good luck mate! |

Hi, if you are interested in renting a room in Damansara Jaya, there is a room available in my house. Its a middle size room and fully furnished.
However, if you are looking for travelling con, i would take the adivse of others... kota damansara is not a suitable place to stay without transport unless you are working there.
Cheers mate!!! |

lets just say it's a prime location but price is not high. Why ?
1) the location is over packed with people and ofcourse the cost of the apartment wasn't high so ofcourse maintenance is cheaper then those above 200k.
2) every apartment or condo will definitely have car-parking bays problem. Why ? cause in an apartment not everyone will pay for the second car park and most people nowadays have two cars "family".
3) In term of security tell me which apartment/condo no break-in or car stolen. Everywhere happens even while you're driving. If you want to make comments on this issues, everywhere else is happening.
So lets just say get a owner, with maybe more then 1 car park and secure ur vehicle properly. That's all i can say. Cheers. |

what i will say is, in terms of crime, everywhere does even if you'd stay in Riana Green or the uplost condominiums cause the fact no matter how tight security is certainly there's a break in or stealing. Why ? cause securities are human or even gadgets are man made items, sure there is some breakthrough / what we call hackers in simple.
When you want to get a apartment from renting, RM 800 is okay i rented mine out for 800 too Block K by the way.
Affraid of no car parking space, well every unit has at least 1 car park space la those condo/apartment with extra car park, that is provided the owner purchase 1 extra unit of car park which causes 10-15k or they rented it from the maintenance/developer.
Whether its jasmine, ken, riana green, or puchoong whatever as long as u asked me for RM 800 pelangi is fine. The more expensive the apartment is more based on the landscaping, the built up unit size, the deco/interior etc. not so much on security. In fact facilities are more of an important issue and the people who stays around.
In another simple definition people mention Pelangi Damansara has alot of foreign workers, Why ? easy answer you want cheap ? they want cheap too ? Places like Kiara and Riana wouldn't have why? cause its expensive and ofcourse u pay expensive too
Cheers mate anything add me up on msn: xxx@hotmail.com more then willing to help. |
