This is a very provocative and offensive post . It is an insult to Islam to suggest that Malays be persuaded to work on a pig farm! A warning must and should have been issued in this instant or other users may think it is ok to make such offensive posts in future.

I don't think that the post is blasphemous, but just racist. It was like he thought that all malays are Muslims.

I concur with most of what lxwong has posted. I dont think lxwong used the word blasphemy but you are right in considering that post as racist. He is playing off the sensitivities of the Malays and the Chinese in this forum probably because he thinks that with the Manglish used here, he will not be taken to task for it.

The Mods here must learn to tell if posts are unpalatable, provocative, offensive, acrimonious, insinuating, provocative, bickering or even just plain mud slinging and name calling. Such posts detracts from the charms of this small community you call pjnet!

I therefore call on the Admins to not subject other pjnet users who are innocent bystanders to this sort of unpleasantness. This would be requisite in improving pjnet.

If you take this statement alone, I would understand why you would say it is blasphemous or offensive. However, this post was made in context of forcing companies to hire more Malays so the natural race distribution be followed in the work force. I made this post to point out that there are some jobs that Malays probably are not qualified to do.

I'm beginning to feel that a lot of people here have very poor reading comprehension. I'm sorry to say this but it is very tiring to explain myself when the problem is that a lot of people have very little understanding of the topics on hand.

You saying that my post is racist is like you saying that it is an insult to be a Muslim. Most Malays are Muslim. I have not met a Malay who is not a Muslim. Is it wrong to assume that if I meet a Malay, most likely he/she is a Muslim?

Put your thinking cap on, man.

So it would seem you were, and have been, the jester all along. Unfortunately you lack flair and were neither funny nor very entertaining.

"Thanks for the good laugh." - You should have used 'hehe' instead, it would have been more intelligible.

And your point is? How did I become a racist with the statement I made?

Intelligible? Is there such a word? That is really funny. Now, it is begining to show who you really are. Call me anything. At least I don't hide in alter-nicknames to defend myself.

Maybe is not racist, but ignorant. The point is u should wrote "not to hire Muslim (someone who's embracing the religion of Islam) for a pig farm instead of malay (a race)". Why specified on malay? And that topic itself you're saying malay command in English is weak. I think that's kinda shallow. People's command of English is depending on their level of education and skills training, not by its race. I heard Mix.fm got this lady called Ika something like that, and she's a good Dj and I think most prolly she's a malay.

I am not ignorant. You just have poor reading comprehension that you cannot even understand my posts.

In case you are too blinded with your fury with me (probably because I am making you look ignorant - not exactly my fault as per your post above), it was not me who said Malays have poor command of the English language. I suggest you either brush up on your reading or have your eyes checked.

I am not asking you or anyone to agree with what I say. If you are going to argue, do it intelligently, not making sweeping statements based on nothing but on your own perception. I just hope you read and understand topics better before you say anything.

Btw, I am calm. Very calm, in fact.
