I dont think any forum's Admins or Moderators have the right or authority to impose on a user to respond to another user. In what capacity are you making this observation and statement? Even if you are the owner of this forum you are ultra vires.

Your friend deserve to die because he is not suppose to be slow on the fast lane and causes other driver to tailgate. That is his own fault because he made a mistake.. but someone else correct his mistake and Its unfortunate only that he lost his life.
