-Available on the mid of May or Jun
- Rental :RM200 excluded untility
-The house has equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and water heater
-Minutes walking to bus stop, food stalls and local shops
-Streamyx is available (sharing)
-chinese only, share the house with friendly people

the room still available!!
Gt parking lot but take turn among housemates who gt car.
Quite far away from UTAR but can take bus at bus stop (which only need to walk a short distance from the house) |
