do you have all the transaction of the money that you banked in?? if yes, tell her this. give her one more week. tell her if she do not pay you by a certain date, a police report will be made against her.

| The problem is when u borrow this so called CON Girl money on 2007 - 2008 are you borrow her cash money in hand or transfer via bank? If by hand no prove no nothing is very hard to chase back even go to police report coz they don't have any strong evidence / proof such as transaction slip or owing agreement also no use ka.. |

jusco is right. This cannot be classified as a con case even by the police. asandrey & humanfly, please note that monies if given to another person (even if there is a record of the transaction as in cheques, online transfers etc) can always be claimed as a gift by the recipient unless there is some form of a written contract as in say a signed promissory note preferably in the presence of a 3rd party (you dont need a lawyer for this to be legally binding) like "I asandrey, am borrowing 20k from mrmoto. signed (asandrey + NRIC) in the presence of (witness name + NRIC). Then it becomes legally binding! In Islam you of course have the concept of Hibah Harta where you can quite easily and without much fuss even give away your house to a friend!
rolandolim, I an sorry about your plight but it would seem that you have no recourse to seek any form of legal redress. All you can do is pray and hope it will open up her heart so she will return you your hard earned money. You could also pray for retribution in the form of karma or maybe go Thailand and see if you can work some voodoo on her! Good luck. |

But if 20k for spending time in just online chating and make both party happy i think this is really too much for him to "pay".. Like this we are almost earning more than 100k since some of us got meet up b4 and make each others so happy and enjoy summore.  |

asandrey, you dont know how skillful these con artists can be. yes the guy starts out the online relationship happy but finally he will feel sick to the core when he realizes he has been conned! As for the con gal I don't know how the situation will pan out, if there is such a thing as retribution or karma cos if there is then she will reap what she has sowed and there will be a heavy price to pay! For the guy we just lose some money. Maybe we can make back the money in a few months or even few years time. The con gal may lose something far more valuable, who knows?

- Not true! If we can see each other we will also see each other's faults and flaws. Not easy to be conned that way. When it is only online relationship then we picture in our mind's eye how perfect the gal or guy is, we are actually in a way conning ourselves and that is why it can be so dangerous. We will plant all the good qualities in the other person and if the other person appears to be in trouble financially we will try our best to help cos we already 'know' the other person is perfect! See how our own minds can betray us! |

anyway, whatever physical and emotional relationship between ts n the gal, at the end of the day, it is just not worth it. ts suffer emotionsl distorts and monetary lost though he enjoyed a short fling. as for CL, now that her profile is publicly known, i wonder how she can get thru all this since many will read of her and her activities.
i am sure if this is true, she must have entered into many physical activities with other guys as well.....hehehe....how else u xplain the nice house she has.....lol
