hi, i'm foreigner, need some advise from u guys..
Anybody use to sign agreement between tenant and subtenant? can provide sample document of agreement between tenant and subtenant?
i find out Most of Malaysia's tenancy didn't sign agreement in black and white between tenant and subtenant, this have cause many problems when you have tenancy issue in future, sort of the subtenant can't get their deposit back after they move out or main tenant want to pull back the room but subtenant refuse to move out, etc etc...
