last last time the excessment fees is Rm9xx but now they already reduce it to Rm3xx lor.

Shang will a a face lift soon. JMB is very strong now. Slowly but surely. of all condo's around in Kelana Jaya no one beats Shang in term of access.  |

Can I know what is the situation there at night ?
The security ? I am more concern about the security.
If it is raining day, the road around the area will have bad traffic jam ? or will the road covered by the water ( little flood ) |

at night its peacefull, Security is good in this side of kelana jaya because all the banglo around here belongs to some "political big shot". No more jam around the traffic lights after the new flyover to subang opened.
I do notice no pot holes around here too but when there is one its always patch up very soon. must be someone "big" staying around.
As we all know this entrance is the main entrance to the stadium kelana jaya, so its normally well taken care off. Even sultan selangor uses this mosque next to the mas center.

I am currently a resident and owner staying in Shang Villa Condo. However, with the latest news on their management, it comes to wonder that has the committee have the righ to charge interest on late payment? What right does the JMB committee has on this? If so, why the rate is 10% for late payment?
There should not be any charge at all. If the unit owners does not pay up, have discussion with all the units to solve this rather than pass a motion to have this interest. I have attended this meeting before and it has its ups and downs as the committee is not experience enough to handle this tactfully.
However, on the bright picture, this condo is located very strategically which can be access to LDP, PLUS and Federal Highway very easily. Also, the density is low can that residents can rest with a peace of mind. RapidKL buses comes around every half hour, which is good and we have Giant Hypermarket just about 20 mins walk or Plaza Kelana which is nearer. |
