Dear residents,

Can someone who is the owner of the dog who keeps yelping from a night time until morning to take care of your dog before someone starts to make a report of cruelty?

PS@D admin paste lots of stupid announcement about no pet, yet you still bring. I don't understand why not even those neighbours nearby doesnt make a report for this. It is far from my house but I know it's coming from one of those dark houses.

This dog has been barking all night non stop since the day i came here 6 months ago until now with no sign of stopping. You owner cannot give your dog proper care issit? Want someone to take that away or shoot it until you do something issit now?

If you do not know how to care for your pet and let loose them, why the so called blardy JMB does not do anything? Why put it outside the house at night while you can give them away if you have no sense of taking care of it? What's the point of putting the announcement at notice board if you don't do something? Waste of time arguing about court law on parking but doesn't give a shat to residents' peacefulness.

We had to put up with highway's blaring sound every single day, but to put up with a careless no good owner is dumb.

PLEASE, those who live nearby, PLEASE make a report. I dunno which house to be exact because day time the dog is nowhere to be seen. If I do, I make BOTH SPCA and JMB report for this stupid arse owner.

Thanks.

@jx19840215, any pets be it cats or dog, in apartment, has to be taken care of and its the owner's responsibility to do so.

when pets missing, some blame other ppl, but they are the one who knows despite no pets allowed in apartment, have one, but don't really give a damn about it.

i personally don't mind ppl having pets, but 'pandai simpan, pandai jaga' lor!

i have finally located the dog that keeps barking every single night and morning, stops around 10 minutes and continues again. it's at block D, 11th floor, facing car park. living room got dark furniture, TV, sofa and a cardboard was pasted on the sliding door, at night time only have small yellow lights on. owner put dog at balcony, a small dog, keeps jumping and barking like world gonna collapse.

come on lah, i honestly don't understand why other neighbour can stand this. is the owner never at home?

update 16/6/09: now owner shut down the light. still keeps the dog barking. now got echo so not sure where he puts it. owner might actually have two houses just on top the house where he put the dog. still barking at 1.35am. we all see u bring dog to poop at the green grass also. i know you are reading this, i am sorry i used bad words out of anger, but please, some of us sacrificed not bringing our pets here, we all mostly pet lover, but cat poop all over? dogs bark nonstop? some of us do need peaceful sleep, some of us have elderly here who needs a nice rest. how can YOU sleep soundly knowing your beloved pet is yelping like having no owner? PLEASE PLEASE take care. shutting down the lights doesn't mean we don't know where you live.

i rest my case. yelling, pleading, reporting. seems no changes made. i don't even wanna know what crappy JMB do. goyang kaki minum kopi i guess. but karma's a bitch, and one day when you screaming for ppl to understand you, no one might hear you. dogs are men's best friend, but not yours.

ty all for reading my complaint/rant.

Unfortunately, things have deteriorated from bad to worse and worst. The Management company Izrin & Tan is mismanaging Palm Spring, much worse than the former Management - PSD - headed by Sam Ho.

Sam was vilified for everything be it good, bad or ugly. The current JMB had been accused to corruption and abuse of power by the very residents who voted it into power. How did that happened? The so-called PSRA (Palm Spring Residents' Association) launched a massive campaign (much bigger than the Tsunami of March 2008) getting every attendee at the 2008 AGM to vote in a bunch of loudmouthed busybodies who were eyeing the lucrative coffers at Palm Spring.

Even more ironical was during a recent meeting organized by the JMB, one of its committee members revealed that he lodged a police report against his Chairman for corruptly appointing Izrin & Tan to manage the condo. To add further suspicion and confusion, the former pro-tem committee chairman then hit out at the JMB for refusing to appoint a Management company which he favored. All these accusations and were
voiced in public. The residents present were treated to a salacious array of scandals, revelations and counter-accusations, rendering the Ong Tee Keat-Chua Soi Lek spat a tad juvenile and amateurish in both form and substance.

It is of no wonder why some are so keen to be "elected" to the JMB. It is rumored that a very conservatively estimated sum of RM500,000 is collected monthly from unit owners who are charged Management fees to the quantum of RM0.15 p.s.f. In addition to that the JMB collected rentals from the car parking bays, laundry operator, mamak-joint, convenient store and believe-it-or-not, from the wireless broadband service provider - Izzy - which mounted antennas on the rooftop of Block E.

Another allegation was the misappropriation of funds by the person responsible for JMB's kitty. Her tracks were cleverly "masked" by her lawyer boyfriend who frequently "advises" the JMB on its affairs. This lawyer "visits" Palm Spring so frequently that some residents even assumed that he was part of the garden furniture rotting in the sun.

Nevertheless, the rot in Palm Spring is deteriorating at the same rate as the federal administration of the country. It would take a bigger Tsunami in the 2013 GE to deliver a knock-out punch to the powers-that-be at the political pinnacle of the country. Hopefully, a Tsunami of a smaller magnitude can rid Palm Spring of its current JMB before it metamophorsize into a permanent Management Committee. As for Palm Spring residents reading this post, it would take a few seconds to forward this to your neighbors. Don't bother trying to send it via Yahoo Groups as the moderator is aligned to the current JMB. Only you can help yourself. Makkal Sakthi!
