| I have a friend staying there for over 6 years now. They are second owners and paid about RM280k for a 1400 sq ft unit. I do visit them every Chinese New Year. They have nothing negative to report each time I see them. |

so far, the place i stay quite old already. If you invest around 50K - 100K to renovate the unit it will be nice.
So far the bad things is some construction beside Jasmine Tower. Noisy and dusty.
The water pressure in my unit are very very low. I'm sick of it every time i go home. I'm not sure it was the house problem or the water pressure pump problem. I've ask 2 plumbers, they said the pressure control are too old and need to maintain.
But so far I stay there 2 years, quite ok la. Just some minor minor things. If got other choice, I would change because Jasmine Tower are more than 15 years. Its quite old compare to those just build a few years back.
For me I prefer jalan ipoh condo's. "Maple" u can check it out. Its quite nice. |

i stay at Jasmine for two years liao, very good ventilation day and night, though my master room may get a bit hot for few nights a year, my wing is good view, only the recent 5 stone development make it a bit dusty unless you shut the balcony during the day, it's a bit noisy if you open window and doors during the day, if all shut boleh lagi lar.. water pressure at block B for me very good, water not too cold and just nice to me... the best is the bath tub in master room and the kitchen short off mini bar to me, only that if you have more than one car, may need to park outside and thus a bit of morning walk everyday towards carpark. so far car park to me is ok after a little of stamina build up the price was much cheaper last year during strata title and new council formation and shoot up in recent months... so far i did enjoy my stay there and rent is good, access also good if you know how to short cut around.. |

| and i think the noise at the 5 stones construction would be less after they finished doing the base work, then i expect to get more dusty when construction is same height with my floor for a month or two for the later one. |

hi hi ,
i am considering buying a unit on block A...i remember seeing some blogs talking about poor security/ safety and even car theft in jasmine towers. appreciate if someone could help to verify/ comment on this?
my initial plan is to stay there for 2 yrs, then rent it out...but as many said, this is a local area, so I guess can't expect much on rental.
btw, as far as developments going on in the vicinity concern, I just worry that it might affect the building i.e. cracks on jasmine towers wall etc.
anyone knows who is the developer and how much is the maintenance and sinking fund?
TQ veli mut |
