I have a friend that is General Manager(malaysian) in Japanense company in Singapore's branch. She invested RM200,000 in a medium class Restaurant with night selling alcohol.

You know where she open? in Bdr Sri Damansara. Dead wrong location!!

After 1 year closedown and lost all the RM200,000 (the rental, renovation, kitchen equipment all paid by cash and spend more than 70% of the money overthere).

She says she can generate few milliions of proft for her company yet she cannot make it in her own Restaurant.

I went there eat few times and bring friends also. All complain the location is bad, too far away. Yet the food is only a bit above average. So not everyppl will go to there just to eat above average food.

If she open in good area within PJ/Damansar/Subang then it might work.

Breaktalk this month is aving all the bread selling at $1.00 due to their 7th Anniversary. All branches in Singapore are selling at $1.00. Now everyone is Long que to buy the bread...

So, you could develop sometihing like RM1.00 per bread. However, since ur location is far away, better relocate to more crowded place with more student area.

haha got ppl do this long time ago. wangsa maju bakery cottege sell many kinds of bread juz rm 0.99. hehe everyday my breakfast is here... batter than buy road side roti...
