improving bakery business

hi to all of u, i m a newbie here n i m currently running a bakery shop. would all of u mind sharing yur thoughts on how to improve my sales coz i m quite inexperienced in running such business. any comments would be fully appreciated. Very Happy

mm... if u wan ur shop to be famous.. then u have to come out something special
ex bread story.. they are famous bcos of their chicken floss bun (my view)
so maybe u can come out something special and creative Mr. Green

err... maybe... sweet n sour chicken bun Razz

chocolate/Mango egg tart Mr. Green

allen, you should come to Singapore and look at CakeHistory and some other bakery house here. They no longer just selling the ordinary bread and bun. Those that sell ordinary bread and bun won't survive overhere.

For example, the CakeHistory, the have more than 50% of the variety that has different taste and shape. They have a Japanese Pancake style but with Tuna inside. They have Hotdog with Scramble Egg /Ham inside. They have Sandwich that has 3 layer of ingreredient, 1 layer of Eg, 1 layer of Chesse, and 1 Layer of Curry chicken.
Those are few examples... the variety are Many Many Many!!!

On the Chicken FLoss, they have a Chicken Floss Roll. That is fantastic and tasty..... The bread is so pack and the Chick Floss are withing the ROll rounding... when you eat, it taste marvelous. Breaktalk used to be special on the Chicken Floss bun but the chicken floss is only on top of the bun... but the Chicken Floss Roll are Much More Fantastic!!

Made a trip to singapore. You can see those breakshop in Kranji MRT, Marsling MRT, Eunos MRT, all are different types of bread and bun and cakes... All are so creative and Delicious!!!

Due to good business, those bakery shop has many branches all over singapore!!

Breaktalk this month is aving all the bread selling at $1.00 due to their 7th Anniversary. All branches in Singapore are selling at $1.00. Now everyone is Long que to buy the bread...

So, you could develop sometihing like RM1.00 per bread. However, since ur location is far away, better relocate to more crowded place with more student area.
