actually from what i heard is, it's conjuction with 'Rain Is Coming World' tour to promote his album 'Im Coming'.So Warner music held Rain World Party at Liquid Bar.im not sure whether it's only for ladies or not ,because they will held a dance and impersonating Rain competition.also boys who have same face like Rain will also win something.so i think boys also can come la kut..so, dun worry bout that Les thing.
