My family and I went to this restaurant called Just Dessert in The Curve (somewhere behind Hometown Kopitiam and Paddington House of Pancakes) and tried the food there. It's our first time there and thought of trying out the Daily Food Promotion. On that day, it was Monday, and the food promotion is Hainanese Chicken Chop, thus my family tried those, whilst I prefer to eat Steam Char Siew Chicken Rice.
My food came first and by the time I finish the food, the Chicken Chop finally came (the portion was so small; a small deep-fried chicken topped with sauce and about 10 pieces of fries and 1 piece of cucumber and a table-spoonful of coleslaw)
It doesn't really taste good, but the shocking part! My sister was half-way chewing her chicken when she saw a LIVE worm wriggling on her cucumber. She immediately puke out her chicken and screamed. I almost want to puke out my food. We were so shocked and totally disgusted with the worm. And this is still so ALIVE! The worm actually still MOVING!
We immediately packed our bags and left the place. It's gonna be our FIRST and LAST time eating there.
