Guys and Girls,
I planned to organized a short Sunday Morning Ride at FRIM Kepong. The starting point would be at Hospital Kusta, Sungai Buloh. The ride is about 20 km and its a off road. You need a mountain bike. This ride is suitable for begineers

Date : 26 Nov 2006
Time : 8.00AM ~ 11.00AM
HELMET is MUST

I guess you can get all the pratice over there at FRIM la..you cycled before right? I mean you had ride a bicycle before? |
