I think a lot of people facing this same problem also. It is always really hard to take your first step, to put yourself and your ideas out there in the world, risking everything to chase your dreams and ideas. It can be very scary sometimes but to me it all boils down to passion.
In this information age that we live in today, there is really nothing that we cannot do or learn online, from writing a business plan, tips of starting up a new company, ways to get financing and how to get investors. There is TONS & TONS of useful information out there , on the internet and also in books.
I personally find most of my inspiration to drive me forward each day to fulfill my dreams in books/articles, and i find them useful in 3 ways.
1) You can learn from the experience of others who has succeeded (like shortcut in life lessons, priceless)
2) You gain knowledge in both business and also the in the field that you are interested in (equipping yourself with the necessary tools to help you succeed in your venture)
3) You gain confidence as your knowledge expands.
Of course don't let your confidence cloud your judgment, be humble because there is always a lot more people out there that are equally or more knowledgeable than you.
Take one step at a time, small steps they may be, but your that one inch closer to realizing your dreams.
Fortune favors the bold.

haha... u sounded so much like me a few years ago, and when i finally get into business, u guess it right, i failed, it's very tough and suffering
now I choose low risk business to make money, the simpler the better

i got exactly same thinking like you  .
some time I'm start develop my e-commerce site with problem then i go to do other thing, after few days back to develop and doing the same thing again. |
