a new sub section for PJ-Gathering?

for all the old gathering, new gathring, and the report for gathering?
hard to find from the old thread.
new ppl hardly know wat's the gathring.

if they can easily access d old gathring thread, maybe easier to motivate them to come for the gathering? Question
