| Can give me some comment on Ritze Perdana, seems like got 1 and 2. I am rather interested on the studio / 1 bedroom type. What are the facilities available, the market rate now? |

Currently Ritze Perdana 2 having new scheme:-
Pay only RM 5K, sign SPA and pay nothing until vacant possession. I think is worth taking a dip in that scheme.
