Hi all,
I am planning to get a condo in Damansara area for myself, any good recommendation? My budget is around $180k, but willing to go up to $200k if the property/location is good.
I quite like the design of Palm Spring but not sure if the mgnt is good? anyone from there? pls leave your comments.
One more thing, hows the traffic like in that area? I work in Jln Ampang near KLCC, any idea how far is it form Kota D'sara?
Appreciate your comments, thanks! |

Excuse me?!
I did mention my budget is $200 and I did not ask to buy a property of $250, which part of the English did you not understand??
I have actually seen a couple of property below $200k around that area, so, if you do not have any good recomendation, please don't leave any unconstructive suggestion here, you are just such a waste of space, and this is what people called 'bodoh sombong!' |

RM200k can get you Pelangi Damansara (the one with facilities) with sizes of 860/900/932sf or maybe even a 1044sf. I have 2 personal friends staying there and they both find it conducive.
Palm Spring has received so much bad press in this forum which is not totally bad. It means residents are voicing concern and it will lead to improvements. How fast is another matter.
When I first moved into my condo we had all kinds of problems like break-ins (more than one a MONTH), petty theft (curi car antennas, wipers, shoes), illegal vehicle entry & haphazard parking, etc. The place is now in 10th year and I can only say it got better after 5 years. We still get the odd break-in like twice a YEAR.
My opinion of Palm Spring is that with abt 2100 units it is a recipe for chaos (Pelangi Dsara has abt 1100 units). _________________ http://kelanaproperties.blogspot.com/ |

Thanks Dan for your input. I was quite interested in Palm Spring b4 because I have viewed a unit with basic renovation which suits my requirements and also at a bargain price of 188k but considering all the bad comments from people and also the traffic during peak hours, I have actually given up on that.
I am not too sure about Pelangi D'sara, if i am not mistaken, it is the block opposite Palm Spring on the main road?
I think Paradesa was good, seen it and the price is around there too, and low density which is good, less problems i guess. |

Pelangi D'sara is just before Palm Springs as you exit the Surian tunnel if you are coming from LDP.
I have no idea abt Paradesa but it is freehold and that in itself is a plus point. Go check it out! _________________ http://kelanaproperties.blogspot.com/ |

You may try Puncak Seri Kelana Condo. Is leasehold but good management and well maintain. Price range around RM 170 - RM 220k. Size of condo 1013 - 1047sqf
Good luck... |

There is nothing wrong with my English. 'bodoh sombong' is probably equivalent to nincompoops like you. Get real, this is a public forum not 'your' forum so don't be telling others what they can or can't do. If you can't stand the heat you can always get out of the kitchen you lil twit! |

Try survey and find out more on Pelangi Utama (formerly known as Pelangi Damansara II), near to KPMG, One Utama Shopping, TV3 sri pentas. But your have to top up your budget to 250K.
Try to search around this forum on Palm Spring condo's info, you will definitely find it useful. |
