jflee169, i'm not resident of d'aman. i'm living at another nearby condo. Razz
we'll never know whether that project will go on or not. I just got another info from the sime gallery (opposite Paws) that the depot is planned to be tranformed to be a Station. Perhaps our subang terminal biz will go even better by then.

i have been staying for almost 5 years, so far major complain. It depend which side the unit face, mine is 17th floor facing swimming pool, LRT depot and saujana golf view. Noises can be heard from swimming pool and trains. I have used to it.

Overall maintenance is satisfied as we have a good JMB to monitor the works.

For investment, it is reported that there will a station near D'aman Ria and forsee good rental and increase the unit price.

The negative side would be the traffic flow from LDP to Ara Damansara as the NZX tunnel has been converted into one way, which only allow to go to Tmn Mayang Emas. Residents need to use FAS tunnel to come Arar Damansara.

In addition, the unit is come with only one car park.

thanks for your reply jflee169, I heard that the unit facing NZX is better because of the noise is smaller and air is not dustier than pool view unit. Is this true? Other than that, what do you think the fair market price of the condo for fully furnished and unfurnished?

Joe.chay,

I am not sure abt the noise level facing Nzx, but it used to noise issue when there was a bistro turn on the music very lound. This issue had been resolved as the all shops in Nzx have closed shop. There is one resident facing Crimson also complaint that the noise level is quite high. Rules of thumb, higher level noiser it is.

I also would like to highlight that the sound proof of D'aman Ria is quite bad. So, it depends on your up neighbour. If full of kids, god bless you!

For market price, I heard it's around RM230k for unfurnished unit.

Hope the above helps!
