Save it if you are in here trying to sell herbalife.
This is the way to lose fat:
Go to the pharmacy and buy some ketosticks. They are for the detection of ketones in your urine. When there are ketones in your urine it means your body is breaking down the fat cells. As for how to bring about this process of ketosis, you will have to embark on an exercise program whilst at the same time limiting your intake of carbohydrates and fats.
Monitor your urine daily with the ketosticks. Once ketones are detected it means your exercise and diet regime is working.
There you go. Don't have to buy any expensive supplements.
peterpan87, if you want to sell some product pls post in Classifieds.

Try to look into the paleolithic eating habits. Evolution has programmed the human body to store food as fat in preparation for emergencies. The cave man hunted food and when the hunt was successful he would eat his fill. And then days or weeks may pass before the next successful hunt. So it was a cycle of fasting and feeding and the human body would always store food as fat stores whenever food was consumed just in case there would be long periods of starvation.
Modern man has upset this feed and fast cycle with the 3 square meals a day diet. Breakfast in the morning, Lunch at mid-day and Dinner in the evening... whether he is hungry or not! With some ppl it is even worse with the additional tea at 4pm and supper at 12 midnight! The body is constantly ingesting food and storing it as fat because that is what the body has been programmed by evolution to do since cavemen days. The feed and fast cycle has been lost.
Exercise regularly and try to go on a fast (complete fast or allow water/fruit juices to be ingested) one or two days a week. Give it a try but do not pig out on days when you are eating. Just eat normally but fast 1-2 days in a week. Who knows you may start losing the stubborn fat!

Yep its all abt ur eating habit. The saying preventing is better than cure is very much applicable here too. I mean, we don't want to eat so much then only starting to worry abt how to lose those fats. Eat modestly, only when ur hungry. Exercise is also important. N also eat a lot of greens. Stay healthy~ _________________ Humbly saying only.... No hard feelings ok? 1Malaysia merrr.. |

Another case in point is that bears and some other animals enters into a state of hibernation in winter when food becomes scarce. This is nature's way of ensuring these animals survival. Humans can't go into hibernation but still nature has ensured the humans' survival by enabling him to store fat easily, which has become the bane of modern society in the form of obesity.
Heres a tip some of you might care to try. In hibernation the BMR (basal metabolic rate) drops drastically and most systems and functions of the body shuts down almost completely except for essentials like breathing and the heart rate. On the other end of the equation there is thermogenesis, the production of heat by the burning of calories. This can be induced by exercise, artificial means (diet)like caffeine (maybe even alcohol!)etc. 1-3 hours after eating a meal the body's BMR increases significantly because digestion triggers thermogenesis. This means the body is burning off calories faster than usual. Instead of lying down (having a nap after a meal is a surefire way to store fat because you are trying to negate the process of thermogenesis by lowering BMR) try to do some brisk activity like taking a walk or doing some light chores like gardening etc. This will increase BMR and thermogenesis will burn off even more calories thereby helping you to stay slim. Remember, never have a nap after a meal unless you are underweight!
