Rental: RM420 Mid room, includes electricity + water bill, streamyx wireless, ceiling fan, water heater with attached shared bathroom. 2 months rental deposit.
Cooking allowed, washing machine ready, car park.
House is at BU1/1A. Location is quite good, just 3 minutes walk aways from Centre Point / McD, 5 minutes drive to Bandar Utama. For college students, KBU is just opposite the main road. Access to LDP and NKVE highways.
Preferably CHINESE WORKING/STUDENT FEMALE ADULTS. Sorry, wife don't allow males to rent the place. lol. Strictly for dog lovers only, we have a son, Gimli the Jack Russell Terrier living in the house with us.
Can view the room from 1st September 2008, and move in anytime from 1st Sept 08.
