Personal trainer in California Fitness Malaysia is RM250 per session.
It might be a little cheaper if u sign up for a package...
But pssst...The trainers dont seemed to be professional... |

Yoga is very good for our self healing, and improve our flexibility, overall is good for our mind n body. actually u can learn yourself, just go n buy the video n map u can start it anytime. if u need more infrmation u can feel free to drop me a mail |

| I feel Maya Yoga Samudraa is one of the best yoga studio there is in town. For the mere fact that they have instructors with over 50 years experience in the art & they provide very personalized attention to every single student. Yoga must be thought correctly or it can be hazardous. Yoga is not suppose to be pain or make the body feel any discomfort..Fitness centres can't provide you with such authenticity. |

| hey man, where is this Maya Yoga Samudraa located? there are so many types of yoga also, for beginner i wouldnt know where to satrt so jsut take only lah, i guess. maybe i will try the les yoga in taman megah. anyone try before at that palce, any review? |
