Do you attend any yoga class or GYM before or even now ?
Mind to share your experience ?
Actually I'm planning to go, but don't know which center is good and with reasonable price~
So, anyone of you ? Mind to share ? |

If you intend to learn more in yoga and you never attended any yoga class before, I suggest you go to those studio that solely teach yoga/ private class in smaller group and not fitness centre.
Difference I can find is, in fitness centre they will just show you the style and you do it yourself, specially when the size of the class is big. The instructor might or might not come to you to correct your style as the correct style in yoga is important.
I find the most important thing is to find the instructor that you can well communicate with~ |

Yup......... coming to the 4th year.
Previously I was with private instructor and the group is small hence, I could actually learn a lot from her. Now she stop teaching and I changed to fitness centre, I dont really like the way they teach and I feel couldnt click with the instructor here~ |

Hello..
I joined California Fitness, Midvalley before.
Price is quite cheap for the BRONZE membership, only RM 1K plus per year. (There are other types of memberships)
Well, before you join any gym, you have to think whether HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK you will visit that particular gym?
And you must also consider the LOCATION of the gym..
Coz if you are working, you will be quite exhausted after working and you need a lot of motivation to go to the gym.
IS A LOT OF MOTIVATION.
I have such experience and I did not go to the gym because I was too tired after working.
But fees need to be paid every month and you cannot cancel the membership.
All contracts are signed for a year and you will be bound to make those payment.
Or else they will issue you a letter from the lawyer.
Therefore I will recommend you to join yoga classes alone.
Teachers will be more professional and can concentrate on you.
Furthermore, its only once or twice a week.
It can also keep you body and muscle toned.
Good luck..Hope you made the right choic. |

I am also a California member, holding a Platinum Asia membership, paid S$2.5K for it... I think i just have a total ripped off! SHould have signed up in Msia instead of Singapore.
Try hiring a personal trainer too! I have one as well.. and it is not cheap S$100 per hour!
But they push u real hard to work out! _________________ Renovation? Wiring? Lightings? Contact ME(ES INTERIOR) |
