i have a master room to let
- facilities include: kitchen utensils (can cook), fridge, ceiling fan, streamyx(sharing),
- nice and friendly housemate.
- single storey house with fine environment.(only 3 ppls live now)
- rm 330 for single and 350 for twin sharing excluding utilities, neg
- is in between ss2 and sec 17. convenience to eat and shop
- very convenience - near LDP, SPRINT, Federal Highway, NKVE.
- 5mins to ss2 and sec 17
- 10-15 mins distance to 1 utama, ikano, midvalley.
- chinese preferable
- parking available
- available on Aug or Sept
