Working female looking for master bedroom/ normal room c/w own bathroom (no sharing).
Parking space provided, cooking allowed, internet if possible.
Location: Bandar Utama, Damansara Uptown/Utama, Sect17 or nearby to stated location. (Landed Property)
Budget: RM250 - RM350inclusive utilities. May consider higher rental depends on the location, environment and room/hse condition.
Prefer: Quiet, clean and save environment, no smoking & working housemates & not too crowded (abt 4-5persons including me)
Please PM if you have rooms to let.

| Hello Lstar, your conditions to rent a room is really high... why not you try to rent a whole house then sub let? I think you can have better control over all these things. Good luck |

I'm interested but do you consider condo?
Coz I'm looking for a place to stay in either Kelana Mahkota / PJ Sterling Condo.
I saw few advert on these condo to be rented out but just need to find another person to share with coz
it's a 3 bedroom condo. So what say you? |
