Home Flexi
This loan integrates your home loan and current account. It's based on the interest-offset principle, which uses your savings to reduce your outstanding home loan principal.
HomeFlexi gives you greater control to manage your home loan effectively. The more you save, the more you will reduce your home loan principal.
Eligibility
- Individuals aged 18 years and above.
- Malaysian or permanent resident.
Benefits
- Loan up to maximum 30 years or up to age 65 years whichever is earlier.
- Margin Of Finance Up To 90% + 5% (MRTA)
- Unlimited prepayment is allowed and interest computation on all facilities would be on daily rest basis.
- Withdraw facility (Fully Flexi)
Documents
- Photocopy of IC of Applicant(s)
- 3 Months Salary Slips
- Duplicate of Sales & Purchase Agreement / Booking Receipt
- Income Tax Returns / Borang B for the last 2 years
- Latest Business Registration form (A,D) or Form 9, 24, 49 and M&A (If self-employed)
- Bank Statement (CA/ SA/ FD) for the Last six (6) Months eg. Business or Personal A/C
- Latest EA Form, EPF Statement.
