Yes its still available,
the 2nd room is RM450
small room is RM350

not including the utilities. Utilities we share.
the rooms are furnished does not include A/C but with stand FAN

hi there, interested in the middle room. just for me alone, how much do u think the utilities will be for one month? got wireless streamyx? and oh yeah u hv any terms or condition? and which ken is this 1 / 2?

The rooms has been taken now.
