Hi Allan, thanks for the complement and also thanks for your disagreement with the racist part with open hands. But please let me explain my point below. Smile

I do sense a great frustration in Jasmine when she was rejected not one time but many times. From the very beginning I was trying to erase that racial discrimination in her for over some bad dealing with some difficult landlord/lady. Maybe there is some element of racial preference in those bad experiences but that should not be implanted into her heart. If hatred is started, it will be there and every small sensitive provocation also will boil blood. So is not healthy...I did not say I am perfect as in fact on the road this month I encounter some vehicles that are moving like the pace of the owner do prick on my sense of patience. But I believe if we look at it as personal, segment or even majority preferences, then we will live in a peaceful heart. If he/she no like, we look elsewhere. If he/she hogging the lane I overtake or I drift along. No point stirring up the already muddy water. Is always best to judge ourselves to see if we are racist, rather than complaining others of racist…so that is why I highlighted or suggested that Jasmine was racist with a remark she made. Your highlight is good as I should not practice a double standard to judge others, so I sincerely retract that statement. I know is hard to control discrimination, baseless allegation, etc…but, we better be a quiet oyster contended with lovely pearls then a restless big shark always hunting for prey. Wink

We are talking about English Law here. Rolling Eyes
An invitation of offer is a Legal Term for transactions and here a Real Estate Transaction that eventually leads to a binding agreement and also any transactions that involve an agent (i.e. a real estate agent acting on behalf of the owner).

Is not rude to me (i.e. the person you PM) but is rude to the whole forum. Have you not learned from the Englishman that whispering to someone when you are in a group is RUDE? So it is same aspect here. Laughing
