Wangsa Metroview fixed telephone Line

Hi All,

Is it anyone plan to apply the telephone fixed line at Wangsa Metroview Condo? Did you successful to apply for it?

Any one had register for the streamyx combo for this new condominium? When the combo service can start?

I had try to apply the telephone fixed line at wangsa metroview and had been inform by TM that I was in waiting list. They will need to do some survey to see how many application only then will decide whether will built the telephone line port there. They estimate for 6 month to settle this.

And I had been inform by one of the salesmen(streamxy combo), the port for the fixed line will RESERVED for the new user who apply for Streamyx conbo. I was feeling strongly UNFAIR about this. I was the existing Streamyx user which planning to move my existing streamyx package to this new condo, but no fixed line, the streamyx is not allow to swith here, and now , I was paying the streamyx and without accessing it. I can't cancel and reapply due to the minumum subscript to streamyx service is 12 month.

I had complaint this to TM Customer Care, and they yet to provide me any solution and explanation about the RESERVATION port for new customer.

Any one face this problem before?
