Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality product training programs in support of the company's products, applications, and systems to train and provide continual learning for customers or sale team.
• Work with corporate clients, partners and internal departments to package best practices into training programs.
• Presents or facilitates training programs in a manner that maximizes the transfer and retention of knowledge, skills, and/or behaviors.
• Coaches and mentors training participants. Acts as a subject matter expert to evaluate course content and structure.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to learning and development managers, learning architects, and instructional designers.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess with own transportation.
• Preferred Customer Service or Product Support background in any fields.
• Must be fluent in English and have good public speaking skills
• Dynamic, mature, self motivated, able to work independently
• Teaching experience will be added advantages.
