Wanna ask the shop lots is under which company? Plam Spring too?

Ya.. those shop lots are all own by Palm Spring developers, including the restaurant. Those shops are only for rent, was never up for sale at all.
and the rental for the ground floor only is around 6k per month.

The other day I went up to the management office to apply for additional access card, there was a small group of people there. Surprising those guys are the shop tenants and I over heard they are complaining about the newly implemented chargeable parking which brushes away a lot of their customers. They really regreted renting the shops.

Also I am very surprise that the access card which charge $100 per card is non-refundable...!!! This is not fair. What do I do with the cards if in the future I move out from Palm Spring? Sad

I am planning to get a car park space eventhough feeling a bit reluctant to do so.. Sigh, just the other day saw the MPPJ came over to Palm Spring to do their duties at 5:55pm. Sad

Skevelim,
I have not tried bittorent or emule at this moment, been very busy with my work nowadays. But I noticed Infoage is using a transparent web proxy (Squid Proxy Server) for all our web surfing activites.
Anyway, i will try out the P2P softwares over the weekend. Wink

I currently tried BitCommet LimeWire.
BitCommet is able to down the BT files, but quite slow.
As for LimeWire, totally unable to connect to its P2P network.
Sad

Okay, this is what I found out...I can download files by using bittorent but not emule and if the files are from USA that side, my dl speed can achieve to 40-50KB. If the files are from ASIA, then the dl speed only can achieve at 10-20KB.

P/S: The files have many seed and peer but still can't get a decent dl speed
