The enviroment in Palm Spring is not bad but its the management that is giving all the problems. Hi.. im new here.. thinking of renting a unit in Palm Spring.
Can any1 here tell me whats the traffic like in around this area somewhere around 7am and 7pm to and fro the Kota Damansara Toll (not the 1 heading towards IKEA)..heard thats its quite heavy during rush hour...
secondly, hows living in palm spring like??
is it too crowded?

What about the safety in Palm Spring?
I am planning to rent a room there.
Is the security ok?
I may have to park my car outside the condominium as the parking fees inside is very expensive.
It's about RM 150 (correct me if wrong). |

arlo there, i'll b moving in to Palm Spring soon..Block B..
few questions if bro/sis here can help me out.
1.Astro : Is it strong?
2. Internet Wireless: Which 1 shud i get? P1? I know all wifi telco suck..but which 1 the least suck 1?
3. Since JDM took over, do they impose guest car-parking charges?
4. Can I apply for 2 parking pass/sticker even though I got 1 only?
5. I saw a family walked a shitzu b4 at the park..if i bring my pet but only stay inside the unit, will management halau me ah?
6. If i do sum hacking/contractor job...nit to inform management? or no management to inform?
please help..i'm moving in hopefully end of dis month... |
