I love living in Palm Spring. In fact before i moved in which is somewhere begining of this year a lot of people told me the place is conjusted, high density and etc. Moreover my unit is on the top floor 20th floor and i was told abt roof leaking and the noise during rain and etc.
But none of the above is true, thank god. All went well. I love my unit, i dun even realise it is raining so you can imagine, what a good sleep i had . The place is convenience going to PJ and KL (thru Penchala link). We will miss the traffic jam as usually the jam will starts after the traffic light, direction from Dataran Sunway. So lucky us rite!
The JMB (Joint Body Management) is a bit unorganized now but i guess we need to give them time to clear things up. Also it is good to be more strict to avoid unnecessary entress for "unwanted visitor". Visitor parking is not chargable anymore not like last time which is free 2 hours and subsequent hour is chargeable at RM1. But nope, no charges for now.
Anyhow this is my personal opinion. It really depends also on which block u are buying/renting as for convienent access to multi-storey car park, it is only Block D & E which is link to it. Again lucky me, mine is at Blk D
For Astro, the connection is good.. hmm what else i miss. Anyway if any of you would like to know more, feel free to drop me a message. I am more than happy to assists. Thanks all |

Hello there, to be exact, if not mistaken it is 7 cars went missing Therefore they tighten the security now by changing the card system to access the entrance. Hopefully it is better lo.
Hmm, i think installing Grill, you have to inform the JMB. They have timing schedule as at when you are allow to install or do renovation as you are not allow to do it on Sat afternoon and Sun. Something like that but u need to confirm again with the JMB.
Thanks
Ms J here |

Hi There,
You can call the Palm Spring Sales Office to check if there is still parking available. The number is: 03-7801 5555. They rented out at RM120 per lot.
Hope it helps, thanks |

Thanks a lot! |

DISTRESSED WITH SAMAN!
Tuesday got one saman from PDRM, yesterday got another saman from MPPJ!
What can I do? There's no parking available and parking lot for rent is too expensive?
I doubt if the management of Palm Spring Damansara or some unhappy tenant in other condo report to authority to come and saman those who parked at the road side.
The thing that we can do is either leave to work early and come back late? |

Just called the sales office to enquire for parking rental.
According to them, only level 4 available which is UNCOVERED car park.
Rental is RM120 per month. You must rent for 3 months at ONE time, which means you have to pay RM360 for car park rental for 3 month. After 3 month, renewal is on 3 month basis minimum.
Uncovered car park for RM120 and minimum 3 months? |

hi all,
just joined this group to voice out a lot of unsatisfactory things
1) managemnt fees - not worth paying, have a look at the surrounding, yes we got a nice walkway, pool and stuff like that, but don't take a peep at the back, coz what you will find is filthy rubbish dumster, people pissing in the elevator(especially friday and saturday night) rude security...just too many to mention, check out the surrounding neighbourhood ....paying less but they get more...i think the management really have to look into this matter..the math just don't tally
2) car park - i think everybody is facing the same ol same ol story, summon from the police,bandaraya,...knock knock..management sleeping on the job again i think...no action taken to counter this issue
3) back gate -- access to 7-11.. closes at 12 midnight? what's the purpose of this gate? closed and yet with a security guard sitting there( maybe he is just there to look at the gate/feeding the mosquitoes, might as well utilized him to monitor the people using the back gate after midnight maybe....or else what is the reason of hiring a lot of security guard but they just sit around listening radio/hp doing nothing.
4) pool - i noticed the pool water gets really cloudy, been staying there for couple of years, i think i used the pool only twice..
5) dark and gloomy carpark - especially in the morning, totally pitch black, i have a wife who goes to work early in the morning...
if 7 cars can be stolen easily, nothing much to say if a robber/rapist hiding in a corner waiting for their victim right? should we just wait for 1 incident then only action will be taken??
there's just a lot more to say...but...have to get back to work now..
hope the management will take action on this.!

My house TV reception is also very bad especially NTV7 and 8TV. I Stay in Block D. Can anyone post that guy's number here. In fact, is it the same problem for all the blocks. Now we know there is problem with block B, C and D.
On the Visitor Parking charges, does anyone read the posting in Kosmo news paper last week. I think the RA posted the article at the entrance. May have been taken off by management though. It is really ridiculous of the developer to do that. Does anyone knows that the parking fee collected for the visitor parking belongs to the developer? Find it wierd.
